SQUID RINGS

  • Squid-1/2 Kgs
  • Onion- 1cup
  • Green chilli-2-3 nos
  • Ginger-5-10 nos
  • Garlic-1 small
  • Pepper powder-1 teaspoon
  • Oil
  • Mustard seeds-1/2 teas spoon
  • Fenugreek-2-3 seeds
  • kari leaf
  • Coriander-powder-1 teaspoon
  • Chilli Powder – 1teas spoon
  • Turmeric Powder -1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt

    • Cut the Squid into rings.
    • Cook the squid in a pressure cooker with salt and turmeric added to it. Give time for two whistles.
    • Once over drain the excess water and keep it aside.
    • Flame the stove, Place a wok .Pour oil into it. Put Mustard seeds, fenugreek,kari leaf and sliced onions and fry till golden brown.
    • Add ginger garlic paste. Sauté till the rawness changes.
    • Then add green chilli and sauté for a while.
    • Then add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and finally garam masala (Indian spice).
    • Add the required salt, once the above is ready add the cooked Squid to it and cook in low flame with a lid closed. Remove from flame by adding tomato and coriander leaf.

    CRAB IN INDIAN STYLE

    • Crab-1/2 Kgs
    • Coconut scaped-1 cup
    • Black peper-8 nos
    • Green chilli- 3-4 nos
    • Ginger
    • Garlic
    • India sambar onoion
    • Turmeric powder
    • Chilli Powder
    • Salt

    • Clean the crab by first washing it with water.
    • First of all crush the ingredients from 2 to 9 coarsely in the mixer.
    • Take a vessel and mix the cleaned crab and the ground mixture with your hands and cook it at low flame with lid closed.Cook well till the crab mixes nicely with the mixture added.
    • Once cooked add the seasoning.
    • For seasoning:
      Take a pan , pour oil, add dry chilli,kari leaf, mustard seed .

    FISH CURRY

    • Tuna
    • Pepper
    • Fennel
    • Fenugreek
    • Chilli powder
    • Coriander powder
    • Indian Tamarind(paste)
    • Coconut milk
    • Oil
    • Mustard seed
    • Dry chilli
    • Sambar onion.

    Place a wok on flame. Add peper,fennel,fenugreek and roast in low flame .To it add chillipowder,coriander powder and grind it to fine paste.
    Pour oil in another wok, add mustard seeds to it, dry chilli, small onion, sauté well. Now add the tamarind paste and the finely ground paste to it and cook well .Add water to make it thick consistent .Let the above to cook well with closed lid.
    Now add the tuna fish to the above and let it cook well. When cooked remove from flame by adding coconut milk(don’t cook with coconutmilk,just add the milk and remove immediately
